Coffee’s Story
This regional specialty lot is the first of the season 2021. The coffee is washed with a drying process on patios and mechanical dryers (guardiolas) to reach a 10-11% moisture content.
We are thrilled to announce that the producers who made this lot sold their specialty coffee for the first time last year. They are using the premiums donated by the importers and roasters to reinvest in their farms, like Adelina and her son Alexis who now have a brand new patio.
This reference embodies the profile of the region Frailesca: fruity and citrus with a nice chocolate finish. Currently, the parchment is stored in grain pro bags in Chiapas and will be moved to our central warehouse in Oaxaca in the next few weeks.
